The Challenge

Emma needed a new responsive website that properly reflected her business, services and brand, but like many business owners, didn’t have the time or headspace to figure out how everything should be structured, written or presented.

Her marketing felt a bit pieced together, and there was an opportunity to create something more professional, more aligned and easier for customers to navigate.

What I Did

After auditing the existing website I created a report that highlighted areas for change and recommendations to achieve better results. The audit highlighted some clear actions, including to design for mobile first as majority of sessions are mobile, ensure clear route to treatments/pricing as there is none, make sure there is a clear navigation and journey for visitors, improve stats for gallery as that will be a decision-stage for visitors, and look into the chat/contact function to increase leads.

From there, I:

  • structured the website to improve clarity and flow
  • refined the messaging so it felt more aligned and professional
  • ensured key information was easy to find and act on
  • guided the process so it felt simple, not overwhelming

The Challenge

Teignhouse Honey Chocolate had a strong product and brand story, but their marketing lacked structure and consistency. There was an opportunity to:

  • communicate their unique product more clearly
  • bring more direction to their content and social media
  • create a more consistent presence across their marketing

What I did

I worked with Anna to shape how the brand showed up and communicated, while also supporting ongoing marketing activity. This included:

  • refining messaging and product positioning
  • creating content direction and campaign ideas
  • supporting social media with clearer structure
  • helping build a more consistent marketing approach

Results

The brand now communicates more clearly and consistently, with a stronger sense of direction behind its marketing. This has helped build a more recognisable presence and a clearer connection with its audience.
